Where did IFF Research get my contact details from?

Your details have been supplied to IFF Research by your college or university.  The information supplied will be used by IFF Research, with full compliance with data protection legislation, for the purposes of the On Track: Class of 2007 study only.  Any personal details held by IFF will remain fully confidential and will be kept only for the life of the research project.  When the study has been finalised, all personal details will be removed from IFF Research’s systems. IFF Research is a Company Partner of the Market Research Society and we work strictly within their Code of Conduct.

Who will be able to access my details?

Your personal details will be utilised only for the purpose of this study and will be destroyed at its conclusion.  IFF Research is a member of the Market Research Society.  All personal details held by IFF Research will be held in full compliance with data protection legislation. 

Will my answers be linked back to me?

No.  If you take part in the study, all responses given by you will be kept entirely confidential and in no way attributed to you personally.  Individual colleges and universities will not be able to identify you in any way.  All results will be reported in the form of statistical summaries and only where there are enough responses to preserve individual anonymity.

How long will my details be held by IFF Research?

Contact details will be removed from all computer systems by IFF Research at the point they are no longer needed to contact you for the purposes of On Track: Class of 2007.   It is anticipated that On Track: Class of 2007 will run until 2012.
